1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Axe Frontier's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Axe Frontier provides premium B2B lead generation services including:

  • Dedicated outbound calling services
  • Sales automation and HubSpot implementation
  • Growth consulting and strategy development
  • Lead qualification and pipeline management

3. Payment Terms

All services require quarterly payment upfront. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due in full at the beginning of each quarter
  • No refunds for partial quarters
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Service Level Commitments

We commit to providing the following service levels:

  • Dedicated SDR assignments as specified in your package
  • Minimum call volumes as outlined in service agreements
  • Monthly reporting and performance analytics
  • Response to support requests within 24 hours

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target market and ICP information
  • Timely payment of invoices
  • Cooperation in onboarding and setup processes
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to customer lists, business strategies, and performance data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axe Frontier's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current quarter. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Prepaid fees for incomplete quarters are non-refundable except in cases of material breach by Axe Frontier.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
